I live in California and I am a Master's student at The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.  I love the program, although it is challenging to process so much about one's self while attempting to soak up information about how to support others in their own unfoldings.    I am a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher and I love working with people somatically.  I also teach Hatha yoga and work as a Posture Therapist.  I am blessed to have moved here from The Omega Instutitute in Rhinebeck, NY.  Where I lived and worked for the last 3 years before I started my program here in Cali.  Omega is an amazing place for healing and the staff and participants that visit there are like-minded and motivated to help heal the world.  Omega is home to me.
